Tonya Waechter, MA is a seasoned therapist turned certified leadership coach with more than thirty years of experience guiding leaders and teams toward transformative growth. She currently serves as Executive Pastor at TFH SF while continuing to operate her leadership coaching practice, where she partners with pastors, nonprofit leaders, and executive teams to strengthen culture, clarify vision, and navigate conflict with wisdom and grace.

Tonya and her husband of over thirty-three years have raised two adult sons, gained a beautiful new daughter-in-law, and are joyfully anticipating the arrival of their first grandson. They live in San Francisco, California, where they enjoy good coffee and long walks along the beach.
